We’ll what can I say! From the first email to Premier 1 at 8pm on Thursday evening to my beloved Merlin machine being fixed the service was second to none. I emailed Premier as mentioned late one evening to say I was having a few issues with my 8 year old Merlin. By 9am the following morning Danny my knight in shining armour had called me regarding my issues. We had a lovely chat and talked through my options. I dropped the machine off at Premier HQ on Monday morning and a few hours later my Merlin was up & running like a new one! Danny kept in touch throughout the process telling me what needed fixing and what needed replacing, what Danny doesn’t know about these machines isn’t worth knowing. An absolute joy to deal with from start to finish and looking forward to my beef dripping looking like Yorkshire cream once again 11/10 my friends @ Premier 1 Filteration 👍
